Our Commitment to
INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
We believe that diversity is vital to our business success and that our
inclusion strategy differentiates us in the marketplace. RR Donnelley’s
Inclusion Strategy focuses heavily on sustainability, shared responsibility,
and accountability for results such as inclusion goals for senior leaders.
Every person at every level and across all businesses and functions is
required to promote inclusion. With the help of our senior leaders and all
of our employees, we are building an inclusive company through workplace
practices, supplier diversity efforts, and external partnerships.
RR Donnelley is committed to ensuring that all employees can contribute,
feel valued and be rewarded for their contributions to the company’s goals.
Every action we take supports our goal of building a better workplace.
More than 30 Inclusion Councils across the company promote inclusion
within our sites and the communities in which we operate. Through
awareness building, special programs, activities and partnerships,
Inclusion Councils support the integration, performance and retention of talent, build community partnerships and strengthen
marketplace relationships. Inclusion Councils are
accountable for results, and are certified under
RR Donnelley's internal Quality Certification Process
only when company-established goals and activities
are accomplished.

Our Corporate Mentoring Program is strengthening our
talent and building for the future. Senior executives,
including our CEO, take a formal and active role in the
development of women and multi-ethnic leaders across
the company. Our leaders are not only sharing their
knowledge and experiences, they are also gaining
insights and learning from their protégés that represent
the different skills, perspectives, backgrounds, and
cultures that make us a stronger company.
Employees at all levels are provided with tools and programs
to build awareness and understanding of diversity
and inclusion. Beyond compliance training, employees
have access to online diversity awareness training
and participate in a variety of inclusion workshops
onsite and regionally in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Inclusion training is integrated into all Leadership,
Sales and New Hire Orientation programs. A requisite
training curriculum is provided to all Inclusion Council
Members and Corporate Mentoring Program participants.
We are working to build bridges across all forms
of differences. |
